The beef burgundy in the previous post was served over noodles. What I used: And then I goofed a bit (happens quite often!). I stirred the parmesan cheese into the noodle mixture instead of sprinkling it on top. Once that’s done, you can’t undo it. Oh well. Here’s how it turned out: These creamy noodles re-heated well and the leftovers were devoured!
