Cheese Noodles

The beef burgundy in the previous post was served over noodles.  Not wanting plain or simply buttered noodles, I sought out a recipe for something different and decided on this one from Paula Deen’s “The Lady & Sons, Too!”:

What I used:  2013_1017October20130008  And then I goofed a bit (happens quite often!).  I stirred the parmesan cheese into the noodle mixture instead of sprinkling it on top.  Once that’s done, you can’t undo it.  Oh well.  Here’s how it turned out:  2013_1017October20130010  These creamy noodles re-heated well and the leftovers were devoured!
